How do credits work?
Free users get 15 credits a month. You choose how many prospects to pull per search (1 to 100). Each delivered prospect is 1 credit, reserved up front and refunded automatically if fewer match than you asked for. You only pay for prospects you actually get. Generating an Intel Page is 1 credit. You can buy more credits a la carte or subscribe for higher volume.
What signals does Packleads check?
Four categories. Presence: Google profile claim status, owner activity, review reply rate, local search rank. Web: whether a website exists, stack (WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, etc.), mobile setup, analytics installed. Visual: listing photo quality and condition signals scored with vision AI. Reputation: star rating, review volume and recency, sentiment trend. The signals roll up into a single 0 to 100 score so you can sort by best lead.
Where does the data come from?
Public business data from Google Maps and Google Business Profile, plus a direct crawl of each business’s website (if they have one) and their listing photos. Everything is retrieved fresh when you run a search so results reflect current public information.
Is the data accurate?
We pull from public sources directly. Listings, reviews, rankings, websites, photos, all checked at search time. The scores are calculated from concrete signals like reply rate, review recency, local pack position, and the actual content of the business website. No guesswork.
How does pricing work?
Free (15 credits a month), Starter ($29/mo, 50 credits), Pro ($79/mo, 200 credits), Growth ($199/mo, 1,000 credits). Searching is free. Each prospect you pull is 1 credit, refunded if it does not match. All plans include full signal analysis, branded Intel Page reports, CSV exports, and saved markets. Billed monthly via Stripe. Can I export my data?
Yes. Every search result exports to CSV with all prospect data, signal scores, and contact information. Ready to import into your CRM or outreach tools.
How do I delete my account?
Account settings, delete account. This permanently removes your personal data, search history, and saved searches. Cancel any active subscription before deleting.
What payment methods are accepted?
All major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through Stripe. We do not store your card details. Stripe handles all payment processing securely.
